What would my order cost?
A tall kitchen bag holds about 15 lb. A family of four does roughly 30 lb a week.

Where do you deliver?
We serve select ZIP codes so we stay fast. Enter yours at checkout. If we're not there yet, we'll tell you right away.
Is my laundry mixed with anyone else's?
Never. One customer per machine, every bag tagged with your order number.
When am I charged?
Right after pickup, once we weigh your laundry. You save a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay when you book, and we charge the exact amount by weight. Receipts are emailed.
Do you weigh it wet or dry?
Always dry. We weigh your laundry right after pickup, before it's washed, and photograph the scale. That photo shows up with your receipt, so you can see exactly what you paid for.
Can I use my own detergent?
Yes, and it's free. Put it in the bag and choose "My own detergent" at checkout.
What if something goes wrong?
We re-wash it free. Lost or damaged items are reimbursed up to 10× the per-pound charge (max $250 per order).
Can I cancel?
Free, anytime before pickup, right in the app.
What if my bags aren't out when you arrive?
We'll text you and wait 5 minutes. If they're still not out, we'll photograph the pickup spot and mark the pickup missed, and a $4.99 trip fee may apply. We also photograph every pickup and drop-off, so you always have proof your laundry is safe.
